They are suitable for high-speed or high-load trains , they are important fastener components. Because the material is an insulator, it is very wear-resistant and can act as a buffer.
Rail insulator is suitable for rails such as UIC60, UIC54, 115RE, 136RE, BS100A, BS80A, 90R, 75R, 50R, 60R. The material is PA6 or PA66 with a glass fiber content of 20% to 35%. These materials are UV resistant and can be used in natural colors or as required.

1、E-type rail insulators
